DELIVERY TIMES:

All orders are shipped from M & J Collective Melbourne via Australia Post eParcel. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, though this may be impacted during sale periods.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary, especially during peak times and sale events.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

If you change your mind about a product or order the wrong one you have a full 14 days to return it for a store credit. Please send returns to PO BOX 283, Mont Albert, Melbourne, Victoria, 3127.
Requirements:
• Returned items must inside the 14 day return period.
• Items must be unused, in the same condition as received and include all original packaging.
• Sale & Clearance items cannot be returned.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS & AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:

If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., authority to leave at the front door), please include them in the shopping cart notes before checkout.
